The registration packet which includes the Registration Form, Checklist and Godparent Form can be picked up at the parish office or downloaded from the website. Once the packet is completed and returned to the parish office, the parents will be scheduled for an interview with the priest or deacon. Baptism classes are held the 1st Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm. The baptism is held the following Saturday. We encourage all parents to complete the preparation before the child is born. For more information contact the parish office at (337) 235-4618.
FIRST PENANCE & FIRST COMMUNION
Our First Penance and First Communion program is a three year program for students attending a non-Catholic school and two years for those who attend a Catholic school. Please note that children enrolled in Catholic schools will not receive these sacraments at school or with their class. They need to attend the CCD classes for at least 2 years. Learn more and register on our religious education communications page. It is Diocesan policy that our Catholic school students receive these sacraments in the church parish in which their family is registered. For more information please contact Lana Pierre, Director of Religious Education, at (337) 247-9922.
The Confirmation program is a two year faith formation program that usually begins with a student's freshman year in high school. Please note that all students are required to attend classes between their First Communion and the beginning of their Confirmation formation. Register here for these classes. For more information please contact Mrs. Lana Pierre, Director of Religious Education, at (337) 247-9922.
Reconciliation is held every Saturday from 3:15 PM to 3:45 PM, or by appointment. Please call the Parish Office at (337) 235-4618 to make an appointment with the Priest.
Couples are requested to make an appointment with a priest/deacon no later than six months before the desired wedding day. Please make this appointment before making any other reservations including facilites. You can download our Marriage Manual Here for additional information. Marriage Preparation classes can be coordinated by contacting Deacon Michael and Elizabeth Morrison at (337) 254-4122.
